My garden is located in a shady area among rows and rows of pine trees.
Everything is in containers except for numerous boxwoods and several daylilies. I did this because my flowers did poorly in the acidic soil and I could not plant my flowers where I wanted to because of the tree roots. I also add garden whimsies I make and treasures I find at yard sales and thrift stores to my garden for extra interest. I water by hand and pray for rain. I live in Virginia in the United States.
